Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence & Integrated Services Manager to join the team with the JETSII contract!

The Business Intelligence & Integrated Services Manager will:

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead, manage, and coach the Business Intelligence & Integrated Services team, including setting priorities, managing workloads, and supporting employee development and performance.
  • Meet with internal and external customers to identify opportunities, understand needs, set expectations, and resolve concerns.
  • Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and priorities while coordinating with corporate and customer BI, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform teams.
  • Manage projects, schedules, risks, customer commitments, and competing priorities.
  • Oversee Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Smartsheet, and related data solutions while maintaining sufficient technical expertise to guide the team and support solution delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, analytics, data, AI, and emerging technologies, promoting the responsible use of corporate data.
  • Partner with data, security, and governance teams to evaluate AI opportunities and stay current on Power Platform, Microsoft 365, BI, analytics, and AI capabilities.
  • Support budgeting, licensing, technology roadmaps, and vendor management, including Smartsheet licensing, renewals, contract negotiations, and relationship management.

Requisition Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a BS degree from an accredited college or university and 8 years related experience, or MS degree and 6 years related experience or Ph.D. and 2 years of related experience. Requires demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by prior supervisory experience.Must be able to effectively communicate with others.

  • Experience leading technical teams, projects, or BI/data initiatives.

  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively engage technical teams, business users, and leadership.
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders to define needs and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence concepts, including reporting, dashboards, data integration, and process automation.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, including resource planning, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery oversight.
  • Understanding of AI and emerging technologies and their application to business improvement.

Requisition Preferences:

  • ​Experience supporting financial, operational, or program management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft's Power Platform.
  • Experience collaborating with data science, data engineering, or analytics teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience evaluating AI use cases involving enterprise data.
  • Experience working in regulated, cybersecurity-focused, or governed environments.

Compensation:

  • Salary starts at $132,500. Final pay will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

Essential Functions

Work Environment

Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).

Attendance

Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
