Full Job Description
WI-REMOTE Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: Transform healthcare through smarter data. You'll build analytics that accelerate medical group performance, strengthen pharmacy programs, enhance imaging & radiology operations, and fuel population health & value-based care-leveraging advanced platforms and Epic data sources. We're looking for a hands-on data engineer who turns complex healthcare data into clean, actionable insights for clinical and operational leaders. You'll be the primary engineering partner for medical group analytics with significant exposure to pharmacy (including 340B), radiology/imaging, and population health/value-based care. You'll build and maintain the data pipelines and models behind our Power BI dashboards, ensuring accuracy, performance, and trust in our metrics. Job Summary: Collaborates with operations leaders and stakeholders to manage analytic solutions to address operational objectives and drive business impact. Provides end users with an optimal experience. Analyzes and interprets complex healthcare data to provide/support scalable solutions and actionable insights. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop or support analytics solutions. - Develops a strong understanding of the business. Obtains and maintains Epic certification in Clarity/Cogito/Caboodle as required for area of focus, and at direction of leader. - Develops and/or maintains dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other reporting tools. - Collaborates with manager to track work in sprints, defining clear objectives with success criteria with success criteria in each two-week period, or, dependent upon work, manage via Kanban. - Develops and maintains code across multiple data platforms (SQL server, Data Bricks, etc.) to extract meaningful and accurate information from complex and massive data sets. - Ensures data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and quality checks. Performs user acceptance testing. - Supports continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes. - Participates in relevant meetings for projects and knowledge sharing. May provide technical documentation and/or instruction to operation leaders. - Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of combined education and experience EXPERIENCE - One year experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. - Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. - Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. - Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. - Frequent keyboard use/data entry. - Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. - Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. - Rare climbing.
