Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends, and translating data into clear insights for non-technical leaders. This role develops reporting requirements, builds analytical solutions, and partners with internal teams to deliver accurate, meaningful information. The analyst contributes to process improvements, supports project execution, and applies BI best practices across data management, analysis, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business problems using internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers.
  • Translate business needs into reporting specifications and develop solutions for presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support projects and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with internal teams to research and resolve data-related inquiries of moderate complexity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process enhancements, team knowledge-sharing, and best-practice development.


Skills and Background You'll Need

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. B.A. preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic to moderate experience developing SQL queries and procedures.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.


The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:
$66,000.00 - $111,750.00
