This role requires someone who can work with cross-functional teams, interpret data from multiple sources, build dashboards, identify trends, and support both operational and strategic analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports to support business insights.
- Use Splunk to analyze system logs, monitor application performance, build dashboards, and support operational intelligence.
- Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) to track digital engagement, user behavior, conversion performance, and web/mobile analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs.
- Identify data trends, anomalies, and insights that help guide decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting sources.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests as needed to answer key business questions.
- Provide troubleshooting support for analytics reporting issues, data discrepancies, and tracking-related challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining processes, data collection methodologies, and cross-functional dependencies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Splunk, Looker Studio and Google Analytics (essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience in digital analytics, operational analytics, and customer behavior analytics.
Preferred Qualifications- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- A detail-oriented, curious, and proactive analyst.
- Someone who enjoys solving complex problems and improving data visibility.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range
$77,700 - $135,300
