Full Job Description
We are looking for a Business Integration and Procurement Excellence Analyst to join our Integration and Procurement Excellence team and directly support key leaders in multiple business segments. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders in Timberlands, Wood Products, Real Estate, Energy, and Natural Resources, Finance, Legal, and IT to drive integrated business systems. This work is intended to inform our ability to maximize earnings both tactically with the current asset structure, and strategically inform capital allocation to guide leaders on growth potential.

In this role, your essential functions will directly support strategic company initiatives and tactical efforts related to procurement and integration excellence, including:
  • Cross-functional projects using data analysis techniques to identify insights and guide strategic decisions.
  • Collect, integrate, and analyze complex data and market industry information from multiple sources to develop reports, measures, analysis, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Participate as a key member of the Integration and Procurement Excellence teams.
  • Support and collaborate across business segments and functional teams including Timberlands, Real Estate, Energy, and Natural Resources, Wood Products, Procurement, Data and Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence to help drive the highest value decisions for Weyerhaeuser.
  • Develop a platform to connect current analytical tools to provide cross business valuation and optimization.
  • Assist in designing new and innovative data analytics and visualization tools for areas such as Timberlands and Wood Products Integration opportunities, capital investment synergies, and manufacturing reliability and efficiencies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize tasks to create efficient workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Provide training sessions regarding data analysis interpretation, technology platforms' how-to, and updates related to current and future systems.
  • Develop and train Integration and Procurement team members on how to leverage and develop existing and future AI and analytics toolsets.


Qualifications

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $108,500-$162,700 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 15% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
