Position Summary

Our fast-paced business immigration practice offers an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our Tampa, FL-based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, you must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • 3+ years of experience with employment-based visas (NIV and IV).
  • Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN, and E visas is required.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.
