Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

As part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategic Programs team, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, and managing the rhythm-of-the-business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives. Your goal is to align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into growth initiatives.

You will acts as a trusted advisor, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

Responsibilities
  • Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable insights into core business decisions.
  • Manage operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, and developing recommendations.
  • Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities, and design scalable processes to minimize inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment and collaboration on the execution and achievement of key business goals, providing program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the program effectively, rapidly, and at scale.
  • Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors, communicating status and identifying obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
