Position OverviewAs a Business Experience & Plan Expert within PNC's Retail and Lending Technology - Execution Team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Miamisburg, OH.
As a Business Experience & Plan Expert your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Acts as a strategic, trusted advisor to the CIO, driving alignment, execution, and clear communication across technology and business teams.
- Translates leadership priorities into actionable plans, ensuring key initiatives progress efficiently, risks are proactively identified, and the CIO agenda is executed with rigor and discipline.
- Partners closely with Line of Business (LOB) leaders, including Retail and Lending, to align technology delivery with business strategy and outcomes.
- Collaborates across critical cross-functional partners, including:
* Finance and workforce planning
* Program and portfolio management
* Risk, compliance, and audit
* Operations and business stakeholders
- Operates at the intersection of technology, business priorities, and executive leadership to enable informed decision-making, drive accountability, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Job Description- Uses advanced knowledge and expertise to indirectly lead cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
- Develops and executes on key line of business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.
- Participates in the industry and leads execution and implementation of business planning processes according to industry standards and trends. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
- Guides strategic plans through thought leadership and develops solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts to address business needs. Identifies and executes executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
- Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Presents to executive leadership for buy in.
- Serves as subject matter expert and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives. Develops, trains, and mentors team members and partners to build expertise and knowledge for the future success of the organization.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $112,000.00 - $208,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
