ServiceMaster Services is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven professional to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a vital role in expanding our market in South Puget Sound region by building relationships, generating new business, and ensuring excellent service for existing clients.
Location: Tacoma, WA
Pay Rate: $65,000 per year plus commissions

Job duties:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Create and present proposals to potential clients.
- Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service.
- Keep track of opportunities and sales in CRM system.
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred)
- Experience in business development or client relations (janitorial or commercial cleaning industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
