THE ROLE:- Full outbound pipeline creation into mid-market end-user accounts
- Multi-threaded prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels
- High-quality discovery conversations that surface technical and business pain
- Confident, compelling early-stage product demos
- Strategic follow-up that turns "not now" into future opportunity
- Collaboration with AEs to convert qualified pipeline into revenue
- Personal performance metrics: activity, conversion, and opportunity quality
YOU:- Up to 3 years of BDR/SDR experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- A proven hunter - you open doors others can't
- Relentlessly competitive and internally driven
- High grit and resilience, rejection sharpens you
- Deeply curious... You research accounts and ask better questions than your peers
- Strong technical aptitude, comfortable learning complex software and speaking credibly with IT stakeholders
- Confident running live demos and presenting to groups
- Highly organized, metrics-focused, and disciplined in CRM execution

The salary range for this role is 80,000 - 95,000 CA$ per annum. This range is based on the grade of the position and does not reflect the influence of market data or candidate experience.
