Full Job Description
Build Relationships. Solve Real Problems. Grow Your Career.

Lubbock, TX

Are you a relationship driven sales professional who thrives in complex, technical environments? Do you want to sell solutions-not products-while working for a company that treats you like family, not a number?

Interstates-a leader in industrial electrical engineering, construction, and automation-is expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative to help drive growth across the state of Texas.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Team lunches, social events, and genuine camaraderie
  • Strong commitment to community involvement and charities

What You'll Do
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new client relationships
  • Diagnose business and technical challenges

  • Secure contracts and grow long term accounts
  • Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
