Compensation:
  • Annual Base Salary: $90,000 + Commission
  • Estimated on Target Earnings: $100,000 - $110,000


Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you'll manage leads from
our proprietary hail database and build relationships with commercial building owners
through cold-calling, drop-ins, CRE industry events, and strategic outreach. We focus
on creating lifelong relationships by being true subject matter experts, offering objective
analyses that always put the client first - similar to a fiduciary relationship.
You'll engage with a wide range of clients, from small business owners to large portfolio
managers overseeing dozens or even hundreds of properties. By understanding their
unique needs at the intersection of commercial real estate, insurance, and
construction strategy, you'll help position HailSolve as a trusted partner.
Working closely with our BD and Marketing teams, you'll cultivate prospects into fully
qualified opportunities and collaborate with Account Management to ensure a smooth
transition into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Outreach:
