The OpportunityAdobe is looking for a motivated, persistent, and curious individual to join our sales development team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting the Americas Digital Media or Digital Experience organization.
As a BDR, you are the first point of contact for prospects and a critical partner to our Account Executive teams. You will prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and pipeline that drives revenue growth. You'll engage senior business leaders and decision makers across marketing, digital, and commercial functions; building relationships, uncovering needs, and creating opportunities through personalized, multi-channel outreach.

What You'll Do - Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, video, email, and social channels
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop personalized outreach that creates meaningful business conversations
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent, value-driven communication
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategy and move opportunities forward
- Handle prospect objections with curiosity and confidence
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe's solutions and competitive positioning
- Keep accurate, organized records in CRM and pipeline tracking tools
What You Need to Succeed - 4-year college degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience working toward measurable goals in sales, customer-facing roles, or an environment where performance was tracked
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you're clear, concise, and engaging across channels

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,800 -- $105,925 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $73,200 - $105,925In Colorado, the pay range for this position is $70,100 - $101,450
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
