Full Job Description
LOCATION: Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Milwaukee, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, Seattle, or Vancouver (BC)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively identify customers, align project details and opportunities with direct outside sales force, win board position of isolated and non-isolated power products. Verify program requirements with customer and manage project through initiate evaluation to customer production and first order.
  • Assist customers with design specification criteria and ensure accuracy of all information prior to submitting inquiry documents to design engineering or product management. Communicate customers timeline with internal departments and manage project expectations with involved parties. Within defined territory actively identify critical design engineering contacts within target customers. Additionally build relationships with local IC houses FAEs to assist with new project information and knowledge sharing. Actively manage the project based on customer needs and internal process knowledge to drive it to success.
  • Provide feedback to relative departments including customer approval, forecast information, end of life progression and new design opportunities. Build relationship with Americas sales teams as well as international counterparts on standard side to maximize
    design wins for all Wurth product lines.
  • Understand the basic application, capabilities and competitive advantages of our isolated power product line. Increase magnetics knowledge through technical training.
  • Consult with management, engineering, planning, compliance, quality, and operations personnel as necessary to guarantee total customer satisfaction. Notify said departments with crucial customer information which could impact manufacturing or net sales..
  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests immediately upon receipt, with updates to customers being the highest priority.
  • Keep mission and vision goals in forefront of daily tasks and become a mentor for new employees.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, agriculture etc. plus 3 years related experience and/or training. and 19 to 23 months related management experience. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
