Full Job Description
ProFrac Services, a PF Holdings company based in Willow Park, TX, was founded in 2016 and operates across key U.S. oil and gas regions, including Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basins. It utilizes advanced custom equipment for hydraulic fracturing to maximize well output, streamline operations, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

The Business Development Manager will be a key individual contributor responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within their assigned region.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Direct, organize, and implement sales strategies and technical efforts within their region.
  • Generate new revenue through new account development and provide service to existing accounts.
  • Prioritize new business prospecting by utilizing a variety of sources to identify potential customers.
  • Demonstrate and develop strong understanding of underlying business segment along with an understanding of customer's business needs within assigned region.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of market penetration, market development, and other similar strategies to maintain sales pipeline.
  • Review work plans to schedule activities.
  • Obtain product information and identify vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain customer accounts through frequent contact.
  • Provide feedback on service quality and assist in problem solving.
  • Submit pricing that is in alignment with the company.
  • Coordinate sales efforts.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts.
  • Establish MSA's and credit.
  • Coordinate events for promotion of future customers.
  • Mentor Sales Representatives.
  • Review customer activity, offering advice in areas of interest.
  • Report all new and existing accounts to Supervisor.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Two or more years Business Development experience with proven success in identifying, generating, and maintaining new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated track record of success through bringing in new accounts, creating and maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities, generating new revenue, or other similar KPI's.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Proven communication and organizational skills to coordinate, communicate, and implement company goals.
  • Sensitive to confidential information.
  • Must work independently and as a member of team.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to adhere to process protocol
  • Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty striving for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication.
