WHAT YOU'LL DO:As our Business Development Manager, you won't just support sales-you'll help drive it. Partnering closely with our Sales team, you'll identify new opportunities, deepen relationships within target accounts, and play a key role in expanding our market presence.
This is a role where your initiative directly impacts results. You'll be out in the market, researching local businesses, speaking with decision-makers, and building a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
Your ability to uncover insights, craft smart outreach strategies, and build genuine connections will give Pape' a true competitive edge. And with a compensation structure that rewards performance, your success in generating new business translates directly into your earning potential.
The specific work location will be determined during the interview process based on job availability and the candidate's preference. Most often, this role will be based out of a branch in either California, Washington, or Oregon.
WHAT YOU NEED:- Bachelor's Degree OR five years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Salesforce.
- Driver's license with a good driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
