Full Job Description
Develop, maintain, and grow strong business relationships with the company's prospective and existing customers. Identify sales opportunities, increase revenue, and contribute to the growth of SPI's Technical Services department, with a primary focus on gas detection solutions and programs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the outside sales team in identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities related to technical services and engineering, with a particular focus on gas detection programs. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operational, regulatory, and technical challenges and recommending solutions tailored to their needs. • Act as a technical resource for sales teams by providing training, coaching, and support on complex projects and customer opportunities. • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and preliminary evaluations to determine the most appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with technical and field teams to develop competitive service offerings, technical solutions, and customer proposals. • Prepare and deliver quotations, technical proposals, service offerings, and customer presentations. • Develop new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers by promoting SPI's full range of services. • Manage and track opportunities, proposals, and the sales pipeline within the CRM from qualification through closing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry influencers through participation in industry events, professional associations, and networking activities. • Contribute to service offering development and growth objectives while ensuring a smooth transition of projects to field operations teams.
