Responsibilities

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, Supply Chain, EVS, and Operations leaders)
Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
Understand client needs and position Novo’s solutions to deliver measurable value
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Track and report on pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
Partner with internal teams to support seamless implementation of new accounts
Represent Novo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% or as required)
Experience selling into healthcare systems, hospitals, or service-based industries
Knowledge of healthcare operations, linen services, or infection prevention environments
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools
A proactive, self-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities
Relationship-focused approach with a commitment to long-term client success
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
