Full Job Description
Hospice Business Development Liaison

Salary: $80k-90k/yr + commission

Schedule: M-F| 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Location: Dayton, Ohio (and surrounding areas)

Requirements of the Business Development Liaison role:
  • Sales experience required
  • Experience in Healthcare marketing required
  • Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage
  • Reliable transportation
  • Hospice Experience preferred


About the BDL role:
  • Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
  • Visit Doctor offices, hospitals, Assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other possible sources of referrals to present the company credentials and obtain patient referrals.
  • Analyze past and current marketing data
  • Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line
  • Analyze patient/company relationships
  • Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections
  • Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and sets a reasonable timeline.
  • Implement a marketing plan, identify priorities, and sets a reasonable timetable.
  • Review and evaluate the analysis and plan on an established basis
  • Attend IDG meetings as appropriate
  • Assist office staff as needed with going to Physician's offices to obtain signatures, drop off IDG updates, etc.
  • Provide community outreach and education.
