This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Identify, target, and close enterprise-level B2B deals with Fortune 500 companies, tech startups, and major organizations looking to elevate executive health and employee wellness.
  • Lead the entire business development lifecycle from cold outreach and initial pitch to complex contract negotiations and successful handoff to operations.
  • Articulate the deep scientific and economic value of our advanced diagnostic platform to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and benefits stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling impact analyses and become a trusted advisor for key decision makers over the lifecycle of the account to demonstrate value of our platform and establish long-term corporate relationships.
  • Actively build relationships with brokers, advisors, and benefits consultants to facilitate and supplement the direct-to-employer pipeline.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the operations and marketing teams to align market demand with our operational capacity, ensuring seamless onboarding for new corporate partners.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline data system to track deal progress, forecast growth, and iterate on sales strategies based on real-world feedback.
  • Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A proven track record of navigating complex corporate hierarchies and closing high-dollar deals with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills-you know how to turn complex clinical data into a compelling business case.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.

EXCEPTIONAL LOOKS LIKE:
  • Experience in health-tech, corporate wellness, or executive health
  • Already possess an active network of C-suite executives, institutional partners, and enterprise HR leaders that you can leverage on day one.
  • A track record of closing a major corporate pilot or high-impact partnership within your first 90 days in a new role.
  • Past B2B deals you successfully originated and closed that resulted in measurable ARR growth or multi-year institutional alignment.
  • History of building repeatable, scalable outbound playbooks from scratch in early-stage environments.
  • A deep, authentic passion for longevity, preventative medicine, and the future of healthcare.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency with modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound prospecting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to build financial business cases and ROI models for prospective clients.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for high-stakes pitches, conferences, and partner events.
