Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development for our high-touch care delivery platforms. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of medicine, operations, and software engineering - embedded directly with our clinicians and operations teams on-site to build an exceptional, seamless, and high-impact member experience. You will translate complex multi-modal diagnostic data into actionable, motivating health protocols while co-designing the physical and digital end-to-end member journey alongside our care teams.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City. Team members typically work in our Manhattan office 3-5 days a week, with empathetic flexibility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Embedded directly with clinical and operations teams to map, prototype, and refine high-touch care workflows that seamlessly combine real-world human service with digital touchpoints.
  • Own the end-to-end user flows for our high-end membership offerings, ensuring that complex, multi-disciplinary care feels effortless, personalized, and deeply impactful to the member.
  • Own product requirements and logistics for remote diagnostic workflows, including continuous monitoring protocols, home-based testing, and day-to-day engagement tracking.
  • Establish tight qualitative feedback mechanisms with clinic staff, operational leads, and members to move the user experience from a point-in-time checkup to an ongoing, committed health optimization journey.
  • Help shape the future of high-touch medicine by identifying friction points and pitching novel product capabilities that elevate both member outcomes and overall care quality.
  • Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
  • 5+ years in Product Management
  • Proven track record of owning complex products from 0-1, specifically managing portfolios that weave together digital interfaces and physical/in-person execution layers.
  • Prior experience building clinical products within digital health startups, executive physical programs, premium health clinics, or adjacent diagnostics spaces.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; comfortable speaking the language of a tech-heavy software engineer, an on-site operational coordinator, and an elite, hyper-credentialed research physician.
  • Strong comfort utilizing product analytics to analyze internal and external feedback to inform future development priorities.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and completely comfortable setting up structured product parameters within an ambiguous, hyper-growth startup setting.
