Business Development Executive
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities reflecting a mix of project-based engagements and managed services.
Leverage executive-level relationships to improve Genpact's brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
Lead the negotiation and closure of high-value contracts, ensuring profitable terms and long-term client satisfaction.
Identify new market opportunities and adapt sales strategies to align with emerging industry trends, ensuring Genpact stays competitive.
Continuously analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales tactics and drive growth.
Create tailored value propositions that resonate with the unique needs and challenges of target customers in the media, publishing, and entertainment industries.
Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in business development and client relationship management.
Ensure consistent post-sale follow-up to ensure clients' ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
210,000 to 300,000 USD
