Job description
The Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) unit at Infosys partners with global clients to drive innovation, transformation, and AI-led growth. As part of this mission, our Strategic Enablement team delivers high-impact programs that develop client-facing talent, fuel deal velocity, and support strategic growth. We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial-minded individual, who can understand the business landscape, shape new ideas, and bring structure and energy to complex, cross-functional efforts. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders and be at the center of programs that blend strategy, enablement, communications, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Drive Strategic Programs: Support the planning and rollout of initiatives that empower sales, account, and delivery leaders across global markets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to understand needs and shape programs that drive real value and business alignment.
• Content & Communications: Create compelling presentations, internal marketing materials, and digital content to drive program awareness, engagement, and clarity.
• Visual & Web Design: Apply graphic and web design skills to enhance how programs are experienced-whether through digital assets, internal sites, or event collateral.
• Data-Driven Execution: Track participation and feedback, extract insights, and continuously optimize based on stakeholder input and program performance.
What We're Looking For
• MBA with 3-6 years of experience in business development, enablement, consulting, or internal communications, preferably in tech industry.
• A self-starter who can translate abstract ideas into action without waiting for direction.
• Strong stakeholder instincts and the ability to tailor communications and solutions to different audiences, with proven track record of managing customer relationships & success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills-clear, structured, and audience-aware.
• Hands-on experience with graphic and web design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, or equivalent).
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and comfort working across global teams and time zones. • Exposure to sales, consulting, or client-facing environments is a strong plus
