Full Job Description
About the role

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Director of Clinical Solutions to help drive our commercial function from one of our U.S. hubs (New York or Austin).

As our Director of Clinical Solutions, you'll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for driving growth, building relationships with biopharma partners, and positioning Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, sales, and client relationship management, with significant opportunity for career growth as our U.S. footprint expands.

Who We're Looking For

A commercially sharp operator with deep credibility in the U.S. biopharma space. Someone who understands clinical trial processes inside out, has the network to open doors, and the drive to close them. This person should be able to work with full autonomy - owning their territory, generating their own pipeline, and representing Biorce at the highest levels of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the East Coast USA.
  • Responsibility for hitting quarterly targets and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the U.S. market, in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and Global head of commercial operations.
  • Identify high-value potential clients and decision makers, and cultivate strong, trust based relationships.
  • Represent Biorce at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, and Product teams to tailor pitches and ensure client success.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and strategic decisions.
  • Help define and refine commercial processes and infrastructure as we scale operations in the U.S.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, you take full ownership of your objectives, responsibilities, and assigned territory with professionalism and drive.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and a strong network in the U.S. biopharma ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals and building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex technology in simple, value driven terms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the US and internationally to company offsites.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-driven platforms in a clinical or drug development context

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing AI healthtech company entering the U.S. market.
  • Opportunity to grow into broader strategic role as Biorce expands.
  • US (New York / Austin): $150,000 - $200,000

This role is commission-eligible. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location. The range above reflects our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, in line with Labor Law and similar pay transparency regulations.

Why Join Us?

  • A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive
  • Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact
  • Comprehensive private health coverage to ensure your physical and mental well-being
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal life
  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together
  • Get equipped with a MacBook to enhance your productivity and work experience
  • Our office is pet-friendly! You'll likely be greeted by a few wagging tails upon arrival
