Position Overview

Access Sciences provides document control and drawing validation and integration specialists to manage the flow of information in capital project construction for clients in many industries. We help our clients reduce risk, achieve compliance with standards, and improve operational efficiency and decision making.

We want to aggressively grow this line of business and are seeking a Business Development Manager focused on identifying new document control and drawing management opportunities within these industries. This role will focus on building relationships with firms that design, build, and operate complex capital projects, helping position our expertise in document control and drawing management as a practical and high-value service.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Utilize strong "hunting" capabilities to uncover and pursue leads. Engage in qualifying discussions with prospects to understand their unique challenges, budget constraints, and decision timeframes.

  • Work closely with practice directors and the professional services delivery team to devise strategies for pursuing and winning new engagements. Identify target organizations and personas.
  • Vet opportunities and make recommendations (i.e., conduct a go-no-go evaluation with leadership) and move forward with qualifying prospects and shaping opportunities
  • Monitor personal performance against established KPIs within Access Sciences' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and continuously evaluate process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department and EIM practice director to develop marketing messages, participate in sector-specific conferences and other marketing events and support campaigns
