Your mission

We're seeking a Director, Business Development to own the strategy and day-to-day execution of net-new pipeline generation across the Americas (AMER). You'll direct the BDR team's outbound and inbound lead motions while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Sales, and People Development to keep the BDR organization running smoothly and improving continuously.

What you'll do at UiPath

Team Leadership & Lead Management
  • Own the strategy for how and when your BDR team works incoming leads - deciding whether leads are worked all at once or in batches
  • Coordinate directly with Marketing Ops on lead assignment and optimization
  • Monitor BDR KPIs including net-new meetings booked, lead qualification/SLA rates, meeting acceptance, and pipeline created/converted
  • Keep the team laser-focused on net-new acquisition across AMER markets

BDR Onboarding & Enablement
  • Serve as a subject-matter validator on BDR FastStart onboarding programs
  • Review and validate detailed training content covering discovery, objection handling, closing, and roleplaying
  • Support the learning team with input on global BDR enablement initiatives
  • Develop and nurture your team to maximize their effectiveness and career growth

Event & Campaign Support
  • Coordinate BDR pre- and post-event support for major field events across AMER
  • Partner with Demand Generation on event planning (conferences, symposiums, regional events)
  • Align your team's outreach with campaign timing to maximize conversion
  • Drive strategic prospecting initiatives tied to marketing campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Advocacy
  • Build strong internal relationships with Deal Hub, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing Ops, and Sales leadership
  • Raise operational asks within GTM leadership to secure infrastructure and resources your BDR team needs
  • Influence cross-functionally on matters of significance to the organization
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to senior management with the ability to persuade

Strategic Execution
  • Maximize coverage within AMER and penetrate organizations with UiPath products
  • Develop and nurture regional partner relationships and leverage GSIs for executive introductions
  • Maintain rigorous 'Tight Operational Command' utilizing Sales Methodologies (MEDDPICC and CoM)
  • Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with accuracy and consistency
  • Continuously incorporate automation into daily workflows and team processes


What you'll bring to the team

Required Experience
  • Proven experience leading a BDR/SDR team, ideally across multiple AMER markets
  • Track record of driving net-new pipeline generation and meeting/exceeding targets
  • Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with pipeline/CRM tooling and BDR engagement/cadence tools
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role
