This position reports to:Business Controller
ABB is searching for a plug-and-play candidate to be able to step into our Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) Finance Leadership team and be able to help drive results and act as a key project stakeholder for domestic and global projects.
This role is open to remote candidates across the United States (#LI-Remote) with a preference for a candidate located near an ABB Office to be able to work a hybrid-remote schedule.
Key Responsibilities for the role:- Product profitability: Drive the full P&L transparency for various product lines including product cost. Margin visibility: Develop reporting model to improve the margin monitoring for various segments and plants. Make vs Buy: Build financial models for make vs Buy analysis for specific factories
- Financial Reporting: Ensures high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined ABB standards. Enforcement of Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.
- M&A related activities: Lead the financial analysis related to M&A activities. Oversee the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility. Lead the finance integration.
- Division specific projects: Lead the implementation of Division specific projects to improve efficiency.
Qualifications for the role:- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required.
- 10+ years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting.
- Strong costing knowledge and understanding of factory accounting and sales accounting
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and Solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI) preferred.
- Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $163,500 and $261,600 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
