This is a strategic role focused on maintaining critical operations during and after disruptions such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other crises. The Senior Business Continuity Associate will assist in ensuring the firm can respond quickly and efficiently, and resume operations after disruptions within expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan Development & Maintenance:
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plan
- Create update and maintain Business Impact Analysis including identifying resources needed and identification of recovery time/point objectives
Development of Testing Strategies:
- Work with stakeholders to ensure recovery strategies (e.g., geographical handoffs, work from home) are tested regularly.
Training & Awareness:
- Deliver training programs to employees on business continuity requirements.
Collaboration:
- Work with stakeholders, senior managers and external partners to ensure alignment with firmwide BCP requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- 3-5 years of business continuity experience
- In-depth understanding of business continuity/crisis management strategies
- Strong project management and inter-personal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred
- Consulting experience preferred
- Experience in mass communication tools

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,700
Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
