Pay Range: $111,115.00 - $148,145.00
Leads and motivates a team of Business Bankers in a specified area in addition to fulfilling Business Banker responsibilities for an individual region. Provides management oversight, mentoring/coaching, and strategic insight to aid in the growth of Business Banking activities/production. Also serves as a subject matter expert for a certain aspect of the line of business supporting the entire Business Banking footprint. Focus on the production of new loan, deposit, & cash management solutions with an emphasis on technology and delivering extraordinary client service/experiences.
Education and Experience:- 4 year college degree or equivalent education and/or experience
- 10 years banking experience and/or business development experience
- Minimum of 5 years direct business banking experience and/or multi-site managerial experience
Skills and Abilities: - Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentations skills.Ability to develop others to perform at a high level.Strong customer service skills.In-depth knowledge of Business Banking products/services; including loans, deposits, cash management, policies/procedures, industry trends, and technologies available to Business Banking customers.In-depth credit related skills.Broad knowledge of Consumer, Mortgage, Wealth, & Commercial related products/services.Ability to lead a team and work independently.
Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:- Must be available to attend/participate in external business development related functions/activities - often outside of traditional work hours.

Tasks Performed:- 25% Generates individual loan, deposit, cash management, and fee income production within region.
- 25% Leads a team of Business and/or Senior Business Bankers to achieve service level & production goals for loans, deposits, cash management services, and fee income.
- 15% Mentors, coaches, advocates, and provides administrative oversight for team of Business Bankers.
- 10% Participates in business development activities.
- 10% Provides subject matter expertise/advice to broader Business Banking footprint.
- 10% Regularly leads and attends team meetings. Also attends related business partner meetings as relevant.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
