Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, business, public health, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience in finance/business operations in healthcare, research, or academic settings.
• Experience in an academic health system, understanding both clinical and research financial needs (preferred).
• Proven success managing large, complex budgets including clinical revenue and academic funding.
• Strong leadership experience managing staff and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, fund management, and HR practices.
• Advanced skills in financial forecasting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Division accounts, including $15M in clinical revenue, contracts, and grants.
• Develop integrated financial models and reporting systems for leadership decision-making.
• Manage post-award grant activities and contracting processes for compliance.
• Collaborate with faculty on budget planning and grant submissions.
• Ensure timely billing and accurate management of clinical service payments.
• Supervise staff handling purchasing and reimbursements, while leading HR processes.
• Advise Division leadership on financial sustainability and growth initiatives.
