Position OverviewAs a Business Analytics Specialist within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and enhance comprehensive control processes for CECL, CCAR, and Model Monitoring projects. Ensure all procedures comply with current regulations, including code development, documentation, validation, and ongoing model performance review. Establish clear guidelines to track model outcomes and respond proactively to regulatory changes.
Collaborate closely with the modeling team to facilitate the successful implementation and onboarding of both existing and new models. Provide analytical support, share insights on model performance, and integrate compliance requirements throughout the model implementation lifecycle. Foster effective communication between teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Apply advanced Python programming skills to support process development and troubleshooting. Dedicate effort to debugging complex issues, optimizing code, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of model outputs. Rapidly identify and resolve technical challenges, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the analytics process
Preferred Skills & experience:
Strong communication skills; resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.
Intermediate experience with Python, PySpark, Slurm, Bitbucket
Understanding of basic banking products and regulatory frameworks.
Exposure to CECL/CCAR or regulatory reporting
Financial experience preferrable

Job Description- Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical support for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit.
- Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
- Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
- Assists senior consultants on gathering detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
- Assists senior consultants on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
