QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation techniques.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Background in data analysis and proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization.
- Advanced skills in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Responsibilities:- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive process analysis and identify areas for improvement, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Support the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) plans to validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and assist in managing scope changes, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.
