Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving based on complex data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison between business and IT teams.
• Experience in technical documentation and creating functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements by interviewing stakeholders to document business needs.
• Analyze, test, and troubleshoot systems to enhance performance.
• Create detailed technical documentation including specifications and user stories.
• Review and design new workflows to improve existing business processes.
• Guide the implementation of new systems, overseeing user acceptance testing and providing post-launch support.
