Experience: Minimum 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities

§ Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

§ Ability to work closely with business users, Product Owners, development, and QA teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

§ Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story management.

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

§ Strong communication and presentation skills with experience facilitating workshops, requirement walkthroughs, UAT support, and executive stakeholder interactions.

§ Preferred experience in Banking/Financial Services domain, API integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.
