Job Summary:

  • Enhance Business Efficiency: Your insights and analytical expertise will drive process improvements in operations, inventory management, and cost optimization.
  • Support Strategic Decision-Making: You will work with key stakeholders to analyze critical business data, helping to shape company strategies and operational efficiencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

Business & Data Analysis:
  • Collect and analyze operational data using SAP and internal inventory control systems to generate reports and actionable insights.
  • Monitor inventory trends by material group and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce excessive, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Oversee and improve inventory and asset controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Process Improvement & Strategy Development:
  • Develop recommendations to optimize business operations, inventory control, and cost efficiencies.
  • Work closely with Sales Group, Product Management, Purchasing, and Operations teams to drive inventory and supply chain improvements.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures to support internal audit objectives and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Partner with key internal teams to streamline workflows and improve inventory control measures.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Assist with creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive decision-making.


Qualifications:

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, operations, inventory management, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise computing servers, storage systems, networking hardware, or system software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project and program management skills to plan, monitor, and execute initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills for clear and impactful reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $105,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
