Qualifications

• Secret Eligible clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential.
• 15+ years of business analysis and quality assurance experience throughout the full SDLC.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Experience in federal projects, specifically with DSCA, U.S. Navy, and Department of State.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and ServiceNow SPM framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions to gather and define project needs from stakeholders.
• Direct analysis of operational workflows and data mapping to document requirements.
• Establish standards for traceability to ensure alignment with mission priorities.
• Advise leadership on process optimization and functional risk issues.
• Ensure requirements support Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Oversee requirement alterations that affect delivery and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Validate and refine requirements to align with project goals and stakeholder needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate business analysis insights into project execution.
