Job Description

Applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular business specialization to the completion of complex assignments. Analyzes business conditions. Develops business policies. Cooperates and coordinates with the other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems. Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.

  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
  • Business office tools such as online versions of Microsoft 365 Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Forms, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Main Frame Applications - (e.g., IGLAS, FMF, BWSINQ, LG Menu, WOMs, & RMDS,)
  • Extensive knowledge of ASAP
  • POS Back Office
  • MAO / eRPA
  • Revionics, MD Toolbox, RMS, Electronic Shelf Label technology
  • Power BI Reporting
  • ServiceNow platform, JIRA platform
  • Experience executing communication and training
  • Excellent project management skills including time management, multitasking, and prioritization


Job Qualifications

Six years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Or

Bachelor's degree in business administration and four years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Specific technical and/or business experience may vary as requested by the supervisor depending on location and unique application of the position filled.
