Job Location: NY/ CanadaRequired Skills Analyzing complex datasets using MongoDB, and supporting the design and integration of APIs.
Responsibilities Business AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution assessments.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Data Analysis (MongoDB)Extract, analyze, and interpret data from MongoDB databases.
Develop and optimize MongoDB queries and aggregation pipelines.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation.
Generate insights and produce reports using tools like:
Excel
Power BI / Tableau
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making.
API Engineering & IntegrationWork with development teams to design and document RESTful APIs.
Define API requirements, request/response structures, and data mappings.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
Assist in integrating APIs across systems and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure APIs meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Collaboration & DeliveryParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
Act as a liaison between business, data, and technical teams.
Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Provide support during production releases and post-implementation reviews.
