Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join
ICAT. This role will be based in Broomfield, CO; Bethesda, MD; or Kalispell, MT; This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
This is a role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working at the intersection of product, underwriting, operations, and technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into product or project management and is excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team!
We will count on you to:- Be a liaison between product, underwriting, and technology teams to support property insurance products and their associated applications
- Understand our business and technology environments, applications, and processes to gather and document business requirements for projects and enhancements
- Communicate with external and internal customers to analyze current issues and deliver solutions and guidance
- Perform or coordinate testing, track bugs and change requests, and help triage production issues
What you need to have: - Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of experience in product, underwriting, or similar role
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with technology and working with large amounts of information; proficiency in Word and Excel
What makes you stand out?- Insurance industry experience and certifications (e.g., CPCU, insurance license)
- Understanding of application programming, database and system designs, and project management methodology, along with the ability to apply critical and creative thinking to find solutions
- Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the designing and documenting detailed process flows

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,100 to $160,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
