Job Title: Business Analyst (IT)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (IT) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and QA teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions. The Business Analyst will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Conduct meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define acceptance criteria and assist QA teams during testing and validation.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability of requirements.

- Agile Tools: Jira, Rally, Trello
- Reporting & Visualization: Tableau, Power BI
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience: - 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Business Analyst.
- Experience working on software development, digital transformation, or enterprise application projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and project management methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Healthcare, E-commerce, or CRM/ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of API integrations, databases, and system interfaces.
- Experience in data analysis and business intelligence reporting.
- Understanding of cloud-based applications and digital transformation initiatives.
