39 branch locations and thousands of employees across Canada.

What You'll Do- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Branch leaders to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
- Analyze, map, and improve business processes across PTW's operations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase automation, including invoice automation and AP/AR processes.
- Support ERP and financial system improvements, including integrations between operational and accounting systems.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for IT teams.
- Define reporting and dashboard requirements to support better business decisions.
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancement projects.
- Support user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and change management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology.
What You Bring- 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT, business systems, or process improvement.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting financial, accounting, or ERP systems.
- Experience with invoice automation and AP/AR process improvements.
- Strong business process analysis, workflow mapping, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with system integrations and data flows.
- Experience with ERP implementations is an asset.
- Knowledge of job costing, project accounting, or branch operations is an asset.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
