Salary range (but not limited to):
74,800 - 91,400
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to
double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

About the role
We're looking for a
Business Analyst II, OPL, to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:
- Handle and resolve day-to-day system referrals from users in a timely fashion
- Meet regularly with regional teams to review ongoing system issues
- Monitor trends to identify opportunities for user training and system changes and enhancements
- Act as the liaison between users, IT and other departments as required
- Test system changes
- Act as a subject matter expert for personal insurance systems
- Consult on system functionality
- Support in the analysis of business requirements for changes existing systems (Bug Fixes)
- Perform any other duties relating to production support as assigned by your manager.
What you bring to the table:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Business Analyst
- Demonstrated Experience with Claims tools/processes (Contact Claims and Contact 360)
- Project management experience, an asset
- Experience in production support
- Strong ability to investigate and analyse problems of a technical nature
- Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively.
- Have initiative and is autonomous.
- Skills for time and priority management.
- Ability to manage multiple files at the same time.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry (asset).
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
