JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Opportunity

This position is an onsite opportunity in the Abbott Diabetes Care Division. We are helping people with Diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. As a global leader in diabetes care, Abbott is constantly working to deliver the highest quality products and unwavering support to our customers. Consistent and accurate glucose monitoring is the foundation of any diabetes management plan, so we're committed to continuous improvement in the way patients and professionals measure, track and analyze glucose levels.

This role is 100% onsite in Alameda.

What You'll Work On
  • Maintenance of warranty orders within ADC's ERP system, SAP, as necessary.
  • Monitor weekly inventory reports to prevent out of stock.
  • Monitor weekly reports and troubleshoot orders which are not fulfilled.
  • Respond to internal & external customer inquiries regarding customer service & logistics issues. Research issues in Salesforce and SAP.
  • Send advance ship notice to warehouse.
  • Create weekly return kit orders.
  • Participate in weekly meeting with Abbott Back-office Team meetings.
  • Analyze weekly & monthly reports to ensure we meet KPI.
  • Create PowerPoint slides for monthly KPI meetings and adhoc reports.
  • Plan, organize and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule/deadlines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams within the division and across divisions (Demand Planning, Finance, Transportation, etc.)
  • All work efforts must meet compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.


Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree
  • 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced skills in Excel (analyze large dataset, vlook-up, pivot, etc.) required
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office/Outlook


Preferred Qualifications
  • Detail oriented and high accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meets deadline in a timely manner
  • Possess experience using ERP system(s) (SAP preferred) and Salesforce
  • Work experience in a procedurally controlled business environment and working with multiple vendors/partners
