Full Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst leads complex analyses, synthesizes insights across functions, manages deliverables for multiple stakeholders, and ensures data integrity.

Essential Skills:
  • Designs governance reporting processes and improves data integrity/controls.
  • Performs root-cause and variance analysis; identifies operational performance gaps and recommends actions.
  • Runs structured research programs; synthesizes supply-market risks and opportunities.
  • Creates executive-ready narratives that connect data to action.
  • Conducts root-cause reviews; implements improvements and measures impact.
  • Performs scenario/what-if analysis and recommends mitigations.
  • Defines data dictionaries and lineage; ensures auditability.
  • Facilitates working sessions; aligns stakeholders on requirements and tradeoffs.
  • Designs and delivers training on BI/governance practices.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.


Salary Range: $93,300.00 - $116,625.00
