As Business Analytics Advisor & Project Manager, you will connect business needs, data insights, technology partners, and leadership priorities to support initiatives that improve reporting, operations, and business outcomes

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional analytics and operational initiatives from planning through implementation, helping teams stay aligned on scope, milestones, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders, analytics teams, technology partners, and operational stakeholders to understand needs, define success measures, and translate complex requirements into clear project plans, dashboards, reports, and business recommendations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvement.
  • Prepare clear presentations, updates, and recommendations that help technical and non-technical audiences understand progress, decisions, tradeoffs, and measurable impact.
  • Track key performance indicators, project outcomes, action items, dependencies, and risks to support timely delivery and accountable execution across matrixed teams.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting, strengthen governance, automate manual work, and create practical documentation such as business requirements, process maps, standard operating procedures, and workflow materials.
  • Support change management by helping stakeholders understand new processes, reporting tools, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, project management, program coordination, operational improvement, or a related business support role.
  • Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting data, identifying patterns, and turning findings into practical recommendations.
  • Experience creating presentations, status updates, business requirements, reports, or dashboards for varied audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using reporting, analytics, or project tracking tools.
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence without direct authority, and partner effectively across teams.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, healthcare administration, finance, information systems, or a related field.
  • Healthcare, provider contracting, network management, claims analytics, or healthcare operations experience.
  • Experience with Tableau, Databricks, SQL, or similar analytics and delivery tools.
  • Experience supporting analytics product development, reporting transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
