Full Job Description
As a Business Analyst in our PMO, you'll help ensure AI initiatives deliver real business value. You'll connect processes, technology, and outcomes-translating complex work into clear impact for the business.
Support medium to complex projects and lead scoping efforts
Gather and translate requirements across traditional and AI initiatives
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
Analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and define future-state workflows
Lead process mapping, modeling, and impact assessments
Define success metrics and ensure solutions drive measurable outcomes
Evaluate cross-system impacts and support change readiness
What You Should Bring
4-6 years of Business Analysis experience
Experience gathering and translating business requirements (AI experience preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Exposure to AI or automation initiatives
Systems thinking mindset
Working knowledge of AI tools and business outcome management

Parental Leave
• Following six (6) months of employment, eligible employees may receive:

• Following two (2) years of employment, eligible primary caregivers may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement
Learning & Development
• Tuition Reimbursement of up to $5,000 per year for pre-approved education expenses
• Repayment obligations may apply if employment ends prior to 24 months
