Position OverviewAs an IT Process Owner within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX.
Key Responsibilities
Defining and documenting the process, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and interactions with other systems
Maintaining effective Policy requirements that address the Technology Risk Program discipline and ensuring that Program is aligned to regulatory expectations
Identifying the Risks and Controls within the processes and ensuring control owners and those performing control activities understand the control expectations
Identifying the Risk and Performance metrics required to measure and monitoring KRIs and KPIs (e.g., cycle time, quality, cost)
Establishing a governance structure to effectively govern the process to ensure it remains effective.
Escalating to appropriate governing bodies when policy, control and/or metrics are trending negatively and outside of Risk Appetite
Identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities to boost efficiency
Ensuring the process meets regulatory, legal, and internal standards
Approving or rejecting deviations from established processes

Proactively manage and mitigate risk with relevant processes by adhering to risk framework
Ability to analyze and interpret data (such as KRIs and KPIs) for decision-making
Effective communication to partner with product owners and influence stakeholders across different departments without direct authority over them

- Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that understands and implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $55,000.00 - $112,700.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
