The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
  • Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility.
  • Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, work assignments, recognition and disciplinary actions, and contribute to performance assessments.
  • Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
  • Manages and reviews service contacts.
  • Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Approves material requests and purchase orders.
  • Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
  • Organizations primary contact for corporate correspondence to include compiling and responding to various data request.
  • Understand the work of the team and guide the work of the project.
  • Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
  • Serves as liaison between corporate and landlord for all facility related issues.
  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
