You communicate clearly, solve quickly, and don't let things fall through the cracks.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Experienced in facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general building systems).
  • A strong problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Comfortably leading and supporting field technicians throughout the day.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
  • Responsive, dependable, and take ownership of your work and territory.
  • Professional and confident when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy enough to handle daily reporting and documentation.
  • Certifications such as EPA Universal HVAC and Electrical/Lockout Tagout Training are required.

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Universal EPA Certification is required.
  • HVAC Certification (or equivalent field experience with demonstrated competency).
  • Electrical Safety/Tagout Training.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is preferred.
  • Facilities Management Certification is desired.
  • Additional trade-specific certifications, such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing etc., are desired.
  • Must have a Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • This role requires regular travel to support properties across Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties. A company vehicle is provided.

About Benefits and Compensation:
