DCS is seeking a mid-level Budget Analyst with strong Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) experience to support a fast-paced program office supporting a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. In this role, you'll manage core elements of the budget and financial lifecycle, translating complex financial data and forecasts into clear, decision-ready cost analyses.

This is a full-time, onsite position.

Essential Job Functions:

Executes FMS acquisition management across an entire portfolio.

Coordinates FMS cases across the acquisition process and prepares customer case documents.

Maintains and manages the program budget and FMS activities schedule.

Recommends contracting strategies, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command.

Develops and drafts Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents.

Provides contract oversight and assesses cost, schedule, and performance risk.

Assists with preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency.

Participates in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.

Performs financial and status reporting of FMS cases. Provides general Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system knowledge and "hands on" experience using the Army's General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) software/databases or equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.

Assists in analyzing and resolving issues related to SAP Financials and Asset Management related to GFEBS transaction codes.

Prepares Work Breakdown Structure, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 8 years of experience or Master's degree and 6 years of experience.

Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Highly proficient in the use of the GFEBS and the Army's LMP software.

Understanding of the Foreign Military Sales and Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) processes and procedures.

Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Proactive, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
